Appearance: (for now) Normal: Justice is a Skinny Female,with Long Dark blue hair with Sliver Streaks, Her eyes are large against her face and her right eye bears a scar from her captors. She has Tall sliver Tail fins and small little knobs in her back and has a chest plate under her shirt. Her tail fins are folded and occasionally fan out to get moving.

Armored: Justice is now,covered in Sliver Spikes and covered in sliver Armour and her tail fins are now opened to allow for flight. She is now sturdy,and can take a big hit. 

Personality: Justice is a calm and Serious Young lady, And keeps to herself very often,making her mysterious. Shes very emotional internally though,Shes very calculating in her actions. She is also very Peaceful and Passive. but she is very powerful in battle,She will show emotion to those She trusts with her life,which is hard for her. She has a soft spot for Shy and Troubled Children. Shes a stradgy player,and Will play to her strengths and her foes psychical weaknesses,and wont play dirty with words or type advantage. 

History: Her early life is not known,but she was found by the The Lake Trio and Arceus when she was a baby.and Given to a Couple of a Mawile Female and a Haxorus Male. 

Who promptly Named her Justice after their jobs Iris he Mawile worked as a Lawyer and Felix was a Parole  officer. Justice soon took to books at a young age around three at the time and justice was a quick learner. Soon she had started school at 4 and she took to it right away,She loved learning. 

But tradgy struck,Shes now 11 and she is kidnapped by an group of guys. and held for a number of months,part of a ransom. But no one can come up the the money,so the Lake Trio swooped in and saved her,But before he got to her,They had Slashed her to shut her up. causing the scar on her eye. 

now 13 she soon found love for Criminal Justice after healing from her Nightmare. And took to being a Cop,Training Hard and most of her free time training hard,Getting stronger. 

Now 20 Shes in Police training,After finishing High school at 16,She had finished College Justice Studies earlier,and Got to the Beat-cop Ranking. 

Five Years passed and shes injured at work by a Crashed Cruiser . And had to resign for the Squad and fall back on Teaching.

Upon hearing of a job opening at the Institute and jumped at the chance.
