Hi! Lets get started, we can say most of us been aged down or up.
So, In a Memoir like style you can talk about

IF AGED DOWN:
Talk about the changes you made to get around

or

Talk about your experience as if it has already happened! like say your writing from a year from now.

AGED UP:
Sometimes, what we imagine about the future isn't true or realistic.  Saying that, Write about the disillusionment of your former fantasy and make parallels to the reality

Or
Talk about an unexpected change,like Evolution or something to the like, as it was written in the future.

IF SOMEHOW YOU MISSED AGING UP OR DOWN
Write about your experiences with the affected people, again as it was written in the past.
